使用步骤：

A方案：

1，准备100mL的琼脂糖溶液，温度加热至65℃左右，

2、加入10uL本品，

3、摇匀制作胶，

4、跑电泳，

5、在紫外灯或非紫外灯下观察拍照。

B方案：

1、制胶、跑电泳，

2、确定电泳缓冲液是TAE或TBE，

3、制备染色液：25uL本品加100mL步骤（1）缓冲液，

4、电泳后的凝胶在溶液中孵育5~20分钟，

5、在紫外灯或非紫外灯下观察拍照。

提示：本品未证明有致癌机能。对皮肤和眼睛有刺激作用，因此做好防护工作。本品对环境有一定的污染，使用完请实验室处理废液要求处理。
